+ What size should I order?
We get it, sizing is not always quite as straightforward when shopping online. Don't worry, we got you. We've created a general Sizing Guide for you here! Take a peek, then email Jo at firstname.lastname@example.org for a sizing recommendation. Send on your bust, waist, and hip measurements along with your height and (optional) weight.
+ Do you offer custom sizing and/or pieces?
No. We're a small business + there's only so many hours in the day. With Jo being our only designer, we are currently devoting our time to our capsule collection.
+ How can I exchange the garment I just received?
We are happy to accept exchanges for garments that are unworn and in good condition within 14 days of delivery. If you need to exchange a garment you received, email us at email@example.com and we’ll get everything sorted out!
+ How can I return the garment I just received?
We want you to receive + dance with joy, not be looking at it with a sense of disappointment. If your order's just not what you expected, we will offer you a return for a store credit. We'd love to get to know you a little better + are happy to recommend an alternate garment more suitable for your lifestyle. We are able to accept returns for garments that are unworn and in good condition within 14 days of delivery. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll start the return process!
+ I’d love to get a bit more insight into your production process. Where can I learn more?
We promise to keep our entire production process transparent + keep you in the loop with any changes. Though we are currently in the position of updating this information, you can learn more about that process here.
+ Am I responsible for paying customs fees when my order arrives?
Customs and import duties are handled by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. It is likely worth it to do a quick online search into your country’s customs fees before purchasing in order to negate any unexpected surprises.
+ Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Of coursee! If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can change your address. Email us at email@example.com with your updated address, and we’ll make sure your garment reaches you!
+ How do I care for my linen garments?
All of our linen garments can be washed and dried in your washing machine at home. We pre-wash and dry every piece before it leaves our hands. By the time that you receive it, your piece has been pre-shrunk and will remain the same size, even when you wash it. We recommend washing your pieces in cold water in order to maintain the colour. We love the natural rumpled charm of linen, but if you're looking for a more pressed look, you can take it out of the dryer about 10 minutes before the end of the cycle. This will allow the moisture to naturally steam your garment.
+ How do I care for my knit garments?
We recommend washing our knit garments in cold water, and laying them flat to dry in order to maintain longevity.
